Immediate Need for  Electronics Assembler I

Seeking assemblers to join our team. We're looking for dedicated individuals who always show up for work on time and who thrive in a team oriented environment. Successful candidates will have some prior experience in electronic/assembly soldering and be capable of reading schematics correctly. Ideal candidates will need to demonstrate proper soldering techniques with through hole and SMT components. Some mechanical assembly skills will also be required. Immediate need to it's important for new hires to hit the ground running. Candidates will assemble products, such as electronic assemblies, and/or pc boards, partially or completely by performing the following general assembly duties; 

  • Must be able to solder components to IPC-610 and J-STD-001 standards.
  • Must be able to read and follow Build Procedures, Build Sheets and Travelers.
  • Must be able to interpret and understand BOMs, schematics and drawings.
  • Must be able to follow other internal processes and inventory systems as necessary.
  • Must emphasize quality of work and demonstrate workmanship in skills such as soldering, hardware us, etc.
  • There will also be non specific duties and responsibilities a supervisor may requires of the employee. 


Electronics Technician I 

This position is for candidates that have an Associates Degree in Electronics or Military Equivalent and may have 0-2 years of relevant work experience. The candidate must be able to comprehend electronic schematics, use a multitude of test equipment, be able to solder and de-solder a variety of components, be able to troubleshoot failures using education and experience, be customer focused and emphasize quality workmanship, and work well within a team environment. The candidate should also have an excellent attendance record and be able to maintain a desirable work ethic.
