Jim Plourde is President and Co- Founder of Odyssey. Prior to Odyssey Jim served as an electronic warfare technician in the U.S. Air Force stationed in Austin. After his military service Jim held technical engineering and equipment engineering positions at both Motorola and National Semiconductor. Jim has over 35 years’ experience in semiconductor equipment service and repair. He also serves as Vice President of Odyssey Singapore.

Eric Nail is Vice President and Co-Founder of Odyssey. Prior to Odyssey Eric’s extensive career spanned application, equipment maintenance and process engineering at Intelogic Trace, Maxtor and Freescale Semiconductor, combining for over 30 years’ experience in third party repair. Eric also serves on the advisory board Texas State Technical College. He is the President of Odyssey Singapore.

Our General Manager, Ann Marie Murphy, is a seasoned professional bringing many years experience to her role at Odyssey. Ann Marie has held positions at several multinational companies, including Hewlett Packard, Compaq, Digital, Oce Technologies, Cabletron, and Wang. Her roles have encompassed Customer Service Manager, Sales, and Strategic Procurement Category Manager, entailing both global and regional responsibilities.

Our European Sales Manager, Sander Peters, is a seasoned semiconductor professional boasting 33 years of experience in regional and international semiconductor operations. Sander has garnered extensive experience across a multitude of multinational companies, such as Philips Semiconductors/NXP, Schunk/Xycarb Ceramics, and MKS Instruments. He has held pivotal roles, including Senior Equipment Engineer, Global Business Manager, and Regional Key Account Management. Sander possesses comprehensive knowledge of Semiconductor Etch/CVD/PVD tools, such as Lam Research, Applied Materials, and Tokyo Electron (TEL), as well as expertise in plasma technologies employed in Semiconductor/Solar, Industrial, Scientific, Medical, and Automotive markets. With his wealth of experience, he brings valuable insights and expertise to our team.

Mitsuhiro Gotoh is the Managing Director of Odyssey Japan. He began his career in the final test department of a semiconductor production factory and went on to spend 21 years with an Automated Test Equipment (ATE) manufacturer and a service company in the United States, supporting both domestic and international end users in post-process field service. In 2012, he launched his own business, continuing his deep involvement in the semiconductor industry. With 40 years of experience specializing in the repair of production equipment, Mitsuhiro Gotoh brings not only technical expertise but also a leadership perspective shaped by decades of frontline service, global collaboration, and entrepreneurial drive.

Odyssey Singapore Leadership

Adrian Lee the Managing Director and Co-Founder of Odyssey Singapore, brings extensive expertise in Industrial Automation, Logistic Management, and Market Development of Electronic products across Asia. He laid a solid foundation before co-founding Odyssey Singapore back in 2004. His leadership journey includes a distinguished tenure as a Captain in the Singapore Armed Forces (Army). Additionally, as the Co-Founder of Odyssey Taiwan, Odyssey Malaysia, and Odyssey Japan, he played pivotal roles in setting up and spearheading business development for the overseas offices. Through his adept leadership, visionary guidance, and relentless drive for innovation and excellence, Adrian has propelled Odyssey into a world-class leading RF/DC/MW repair company in Asia. 

Chong Yew is the General Manager of Odyssey Singapore. Since 1997, he has worked in Hard Disk, Silicon and Compound semiconductor fabs in Singapore and Malaysia. He has assumed various roles in Operations, Engineering and Quality functions, primarily in plasma and vacuum related modules. Besides module engineering, Chong Yew has also worked in Supplier Quality to put his experiences to good use in tackling supplier related issues, and partnering suppliers in providing solutions.

Jason Cheong is the Sales Director (Asia Pacific) of Odyssey Singapore. Started his career in sales for the SEMI/Hard Disk industry in 2004. With 15 years of sales experiences in the industries of SEMI, Hard Disk, FPD, Solar and others which uses vacuum in their processes for manufacturing and research purposes. Prior to Odyssey, he was working as a Sales Manager in a leading Swiss company that manufactures vacuum valves, and he was responsible for sales and service activities with end user business and managing channel distribution within SE Asia.

Kassandra Tan assumes the key roles in Finance and Accounting, as well as Human Resources functions of Odyssey Singapore. Prior to joining Odyssey, Kassandra served organisations from diverse industries including a public-listed Switzerland-based valves manufacturer, a US largest sewing machine company and a French luxury goods conglomerate. Kassandra possesses professional qualification from the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA, UK) since 2002. She is a Chartered Accountant of Singapore and member of the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants (ISCA).

Odyssey Taiwan Leadership

James Wu is the Managing Director of Odyssey Taiwan, where he leads strategic operations, drives organizational growth, and oversees cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact solutions across the semiconductor industry. With a strong foundation in engineering, James began his career as a senior embedded systems engineer before transitioning into the RFG/Match OEM sector. Over the past decade, he has combined his deep technical expertise with a results-oriented leadership approach, managing engineering teams, guiding CIP project execution, and fostering close collaboration with fab engineers. Under his leadership, Odyssey Taiwan has strengthened its technical service capabilities and expanded its role in providing innovative, value-driven support to key industry partners.

Eric Chen serves as the Sales Manager of Odyssey Taiwan. He began his career in 2006 in the LCD, Solar, and SEMI industries, building a broad foundation across several multinational companies. His professional background includes roles such as Senior Equipment Engineer (LCD), Process Research Manager (Solar Cell), Regional Account Service Manager, and RF Sales Manager. Eric brings a strong combination of SEMI expertise, strategic sales capabilities, and a passion for customer service—dedicated to creating win-win business outcomes for clients.
